Orders & delivery

My order never start+

Most orders dey start within minutes of payment wey confirm, but allow up to few hours during peak times — we dey pace delivery on purpose so growth go look natural. Check the live status by logging in and opening Your orders. If nothing move after few hours, report am below with your @username — we go push am through and add bonus for the delay.

Instagram profile issues

Na only public profiles we fit deliver to. Open Instagram → Settings → Account privacy and switch the account to public, then run the lookup again. The profile must stay public until your order finish — to switch to private for middle of delivery go pause am.

Dem no find my username+

I change my username after I order+

We go reconcile the charges and credit any duplicate to your wallet balance within 48 hours.

I fit get refund?+

We no dey do refund — wetin we dey guarantee instead na the result wey you pay for. Every order dey complete; drops dey top back up by the free refill guarantee; and when delivery late, we dey add bonus engagement on top as sorry. How the wallet balance dey work?+

How I go change my email or password?+

For Profile you fit update your name, email and password (you need the current password to set new one).

Safety & privacy
