Refund & Delivery Guarantee

Our promise is simple: you get what you paid for — guaranteed. Instead of refunds, we guarantee the result: every order is completed, drops are refilled free, delays are compensated with bonus engagement, and billing errors are credited to your wallet. Here is exactly how that works.
1. We do not issue refunds
Payments for orders are final and are not returned to the payment method. What you purchase is guaranteed delivery of the engagement in your order — and that guarantee is what we stand behind, in the following ways.
2. Every order is completed
Once payment is confirmed, your order enters delivery and runs until the full amount is delivered. If delivery stalls, report it in the Help Center with the Instagram @username the order was for — we restart it immediately and, as an apology for the wait, add bonus engagement on top at no cost.
3. Drops are refilled — free
If a delivered count drops during the covered refill period shown at purchase, we top it back up automatically at no additional cost. If you notice a drop that hasn't been refilled after a few days, one click in the Help Center ("Apply for a refill") queues it — no message needed.
4. Billing errors become wallet credit
If you were genuinely charged twice for the same order, report it and we reconcile the charges within 48 hours — the duplicate amount is credited to your wallet balance, ready to spend on any future order.
5. What the guarantee doesn't cover
- The username you confirmed. Before paying you see the live profile — photo, name, follower counts — and the exact posts you're boosting, and you confirm that preview. Orders deliver precisely to what you confirmed and cannot be recalled or re-pointed.
- Renaming the account mid-delivery. Delivery is tied to the exact handle you confirmed; changing it breaks delivery and is not covered. Keep the username unchanged until every order on it completes — renaming back to the original resumes delivery.
- Profiles made private or deactivated mid-delivery. Delivery pauses until the profile is public again; keep it public until the order completes.
- Organic changes. The refill guarantee covers engagement we delivered, not fluctuations in your organic numbers.
- Wallet top-ups. Balances are non-transferable and top-ups are not converted back to card payments.
6. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank — the guarantee above resolves nearly every situation faster. Chargebacks filed on orders that were delivered as described may result in suspension of the associated account.
7. How to raise an issue
Everything starts in the Help Center: identify your order with the Instagram @username it was for and the email you paid with, pick the matching one-click fix (refill, stalled order, billing), and you'll get a confirmation by email when it's resolved.
