Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SocialHydras website and services (the "Service"). By placing an order or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SocialHydras provides social media engagement services for Instagram — followers, likes, views and comments — delivered to the public profile and posts you specify. We only ever require a public username and your selection of posts. We never ask for, collect, or store your Instagram password, and you should never share it with us or anyone else.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. When an account is created for you at checkout, you are responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for all activity under it. You must provide a valid email address so we can deliver receipts and order updates.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in USD and are the full price payable — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• Payment is processed by trusted third-party processors; your payment details are never stored on our servers.
• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed, at which point delivery begins.
• Wallet balances can be used to pay for orders and are non-transferable.
• Promotional codes apply a percentage discount to the cart, may be limited in time or number of uses, can be withdrawn at any time before payment, and have no cash value — one code per order.

4. Delivery guarantee

Most orders begin processing within minutes of confirmed payment and are delivered gradually to keep growth looking natural. Delivery windows shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees of a specific completion time. Payments are final: instead of refunds, we guarantee the outcome — every order is completed, counts that drop during the covered refill period are topped back up free, delivery delays are compensated with bonus engagement, and verified billing errors are credited to your wallet balance. 5. Your responsibilities

• You confirm the Instagram profile and posts you submit are yours, or that you are authorised to order engagement for them.
• The target profile must remain public and keep the same username for the duration of delivery; orders to private, renamed, deactivated or banned accounts cannot be completed and are not refundable.
• You will not use the Service for profiles or content that is unlawful, hateful, or violates Instagram's own rules on prohibited content.
• You understand that third-party platforms change constantly, and that using engagement services may conflict with Instagram's terms of use. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

6. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service, resell it without agreement, or use it to harass or impersonate others. We may refuse, suspend or cancel orders that violate these Terms, with any undelivered portion credited to your wallet balance.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not control Instagram and cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as reach, sales, or follower behaviour beyond the counts ordered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialHydras's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
