Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy explains what information SocialHydras collects when you use our website and services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your order, we never ask for your Instagram password, and we do not sell your data.

1. Information we collect

  • Order details — your email address, the public Instagram username you enter, the posts you select, and the packages you buy.
  • Account data — if an account is created for you, we store your email, a hashed password, your order history and wallet balance.
  • Public Instagram data — to show your growth preview and post picker we fetch publicly available profile information (username, follower counts, public posts) through third-party data providers. We never access private accounts or anything behind a login.
  • Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security, rate limiting and debugging.
  • Newsletter — your email address, only if you subscribe.
  • Support requests — if you write to us through the Help Center, we keep your email, the topic, the optional order reference and your message for as long as needed to resolve the issue and keep a record of it.

What we never collect: your Instagram password, your Instagram login session, or your payment card details (payments are handled by our payment processors and never touch our servers).

2. How we use it

  • To deliver the engagement you ordered and show you its progress.
  • To send receipts, order updates and — if you created an account — service emails.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse (rate limiting, order validation).
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to; every email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. Cookies, local storage and your consent

We use a session cookie to keep your cart and login working, and browser local storage to remember in-progress order details (like the username you entered and the services you added) so they survive a page refresh. These are essential — the store cannot function without them.

Anything beyond that is opt-in. When you first visit we ask for your choice: "Essentials only" keeps the site to the strictly necessary cookies above, while "Accept all" additionally allows analytics and advertising measurement. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, and until you choose "Accept all" none of the tools below are loaded or contacted at all.

If you choose "Accept all", we use: Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure which of our ads lead to a purchase, and Yandex Metrika to understand how the store is used. To match a purchase to an ad, Meta receives the value and contents of the order together with your IP address, browser user agent and a one-way (SHA-256) hash of your email address — the hash is sent instead of the address itself, so Meta never receives your email in readable form. We never send your Instagram username or the targets of your order to either of them.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service: payment processors (to take payment), infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery), and social data providers (to look up public profile information). If — and only if — you accepted advertising cookies, we additionally share purchase and page-view measurements with Meta and Yandex as described above. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

5. Retention, security and order confidentiality

Order and invoice records are kept as long as required for accounting and support. Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted, and access to production data is restricted. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

Your use of SocialHydras is confidential. Order history and tracking pages are visible only to the logged-in account that placed the order — there is no public way to look up whether a given Instagram profile has used our services, and we never disclose customer lists.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we respond to all requests within 30 days.
